Dr Patricia Murugami's contributions to multiple sectors are too many to mention. But what is evident is the indelible footprint left at various high-ranking institutions including top global consulting & audit firms and Strathmore Business School (SBS), where she was an Advisor to the Dean and Vice Dean, Executive Talent Development on matters of leadership, notably Women in Leadership & Business and Governance. She has served on multiple boards & is currently the Chair of Clean Start Solutions Governance Board.

Dr Patricia holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, Transformational Leadership & Governance, from International School of Management (ism.edu), in Paris. She has also studied Executive Education at Harvard Business School(HBS), Wharton and Cranfield University.

Leadership Development Experience

She has trained thousands of professionals with the belief that a leader starts by leading themselves first, with or without a title. Her experience in leadership development began at Bamburi Cement working as Regional Business Controller in charge of Business continuity & change management. She went on to develop leaders at SBS for a decade and today continues to do so through her Rise School & BLT brands; the latter having won the Bizz Global Excellence Award.
