Dr Patricia is the key facilitator for our women leadership program - Ignite Women Leadership Program reflecting on our diversity and inclusion strategy. She delivered the program for 6 months, and it changed our culture especially defining the role of senior women in the leadership. It has had an impact on my personal life as it has helped me to prioritize family, helped me to plan and organise myself and my work better and to have clarity of mind through meditation. The learnings from the books we have read and the information we have shared have created opportunities for me to grow and to make me more visible to other women and men in senior positions in the Bank. I walked into my first Breakthrough session expecting some level of change, growth even but nothing major. After all, this was another work mandated leadership training…for women

I was wrong.

Through the series of engagements in Breakthrough I was able to start unlearning habits that were for so long holding me back. I walked out of the class no longer limited by my own fear and unrealistic expectations but inspired to do and be more. I was able to not simply wait to be asked to sit at the table, but rather raised my hand and proceeded to sit and be confidently relevant.
